Snowcentral ships via courier service, unless a P.O.Box is the designated delivery address. Please note if you live in rural Australia or need your item to be shipped via Australia Post, please specify in the notes section of your order.
Snowcentral delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from Snowcentral, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival. If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or courier depot. P.O Boxes are accepted but please note not all parcels will fit and you may need to collect from your post office during opening hours. At Snowcentral, we currently do NOT accept international orders.
Signing for Deliveries
To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with pick-up options. However, you may choose to have your shipment left without a signature by selecting “Authority to Leave” (e.g. in a safe place out of the weather). You will need to indicate that you require an “Authority to Leave” in the notes section at checkout. If this option is selected, the driver has been given permission to leave the goods in an area they deem to be safe, or a safe place supplied by the customer. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment. We can also not be held responsible for the other factors which can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100*. All orders under $100 will incur a $15 shipping fee.
*Heavy and/or bulky items such as equipment are a flat rate shipping cost of $40 regardless of whether the order is over $100 as these orders have to be couriered with insurance.
Local Pick Up: In store pick up is available. A confirmation email will be sent when items are available for pick up at Keperra. For collection, please bring a printout of your order and photo ID.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We start processing and packing your order as soon as you checkout. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes, or removing items. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, Snowcentral will endeavor to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.
All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays, Snowcentral online order processing operates Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5pm.

Snowcentral aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia. Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
All delivery times provided by Snowcentral are estimates only and hold no responsibility if your item does not reach you in time and do not offer refunds for express shipping.
If you are flying overseas and need an item as soon as possible please allow yourself adequate time to receive your parcel.
Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, TNT, Couriers Please, depending on your item’s origin and your choice of delivery method. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.
Orders are only shipped once full payment is received.
Paypal payments are received the same day the order is placed.
Direct Deposit payments may take 3-4 business days.
Snowcentral Stores are closed on all public holidays and orders will be processed the next business day.
Shipping over busy holiday periods and public holidays may be delayed due to demand on our selected Couriers
