At Snow Central, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Shipping Methods

Snow Central ships via courier service and Australia Post. Please specify in the notes section of your order if you live in rural Australia or need your item to be shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Locations

Snow Central delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours. If no one is present to accept your delivery, it will be left in a safe place or your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or courier depot. At Snow Central, we currently do not offer shipping internationally.

Signing for Deliveries

All parcels are sent with an “Authority to Leave”. If no one is present to receive your parcel, it will be left in a safe place (e.g. in a safe place out of the weather). If you prefer a signature on delivery, please request this in the notes section at checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Free for orders over $150

    • Flat rate $15 for orders under $150

  • Priority Shipping:

    • $38.50 for regular parcels

    • $150 for bulky orders (over 8kg actual or cubic weight)

    • ❌ Not available for PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

  • Local Pick Up (In-Store):

    • Free collection available from our store

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready

    • Please bring photo ID and a copy of your order

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed however, this is not guaranteed in peak times. We start processing and packing your order as soon as you checkout. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes, or removing items. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, Snow Central will endeavor to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.

All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays, Snow Central online order processing operates Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm.

Delivery Times

Snow Central aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days to metro areas in Australia. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Rural and WA deliveries can sometimes take longer to arrive

All delivery times provided by Snow Central  are estimates only and hold no responsibility if your item does not reach you in time. We do not offer refunds for deliveries arriving late.

If you are flying overseas and need an item as soon as possible please allow yourself adequate time to receive your parcel.

Order tracking

Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, TNT, MailPlus or Couriers Please. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.

Payment Options

Orders are only shipped once full payment is received.

- Credit Card and PayPal payments are received the same day the order is placed.

- Direct Deposit payments may take 3-4 business days.

Public holidays

Snow Central is closed on all public holidays and orders will be processed the next business day.
Shipping over busy holiday periods and public holidays may be delayed due to demand on our selected Couriers

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order
  • You will receive a text message confirming your order is being processed and packed
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

⚠️ Delivery Delays Notice

Due to courier conditions beyond our control, there may be delivery delays.
Orders placed between November 25 and January 10 may experience further delays due to peak season volumes, public holidays, and courier/postal closures.
