How do I properly clean my ski gear?

Taking care of your snow gear is simple with a few key guidelines:

Avoid dry cleaning.

Use only liquid detergents, not powder.

For a detailed guide on maintaining your equipment, visit our blog: How to wash and caring for Your Snow Gear. We also offer a selection of recommended cleaning products designed specifically for washing and and maintaining your snow clothing.

Is this jacket/pants warm enough?

Skiing and snowboarding are active sports, meaning you naturally generate heat while riding. A lighter jacket can be a great option, as it allows for breathability and easy layering if you need extra warmth. However, if you tend to feel the cold, we recommend choosing a down, Primaloft, or other heavily insulated jacket for added protection. Not sure what's best? Check out our blog for tips on picking the right gear, waterproofing, and warmth!

Do you offer lay-by?

Yes, we offer lay-by for in-store purchases. However, lay-by is not available online. For online orders, we provide Afterpay as a payment option, with a minimum spend of $100.
