1.1. Bishop Family Trust Trading as Snowcentral runs a loyalty program (Snowcentral Loyalty Program) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
1.2. By joining the Snowcentral Loyalty Program you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any variations to them.
1.3. If you are an employee of Snowcentral, you are not eligible to participate in the Snowcentral Loyalty Program.
2.1. To become a member and participate in the Snowcentral Loyalty Program, you need to have and maintain a valid email address.
2.2. You may join the Snowcentral Loyalty Program by signing-up in store or online. After you have signed-up, you will receive an email to confirm your subscription to the Snowcentral Newsletter. If you wish to profit from the Snowcentral Loyalty Program benefits, you need to activate your membership and join the newsletter.
2.3. Upon signing up for the Loyalty Program, you will be given the choice of either a Snowcentral Loyalty Card with loyalty number provided or to use your mobile number as your loyalty number. The Snowcentral Loyalty program is for your personal use only and is not transferrable.
2.4. It is your responsibility to keep your Snowcentral Loyalty Card safe or to maintain your mobile. If you change your mobile phone number it is your responsibility to update your personal contact information with Snowcentral. You must present your loyalty number at the time of making a purchase in a Snowcentral store – including the online store. Snowcentral is entitled to regard the person presenting a Snowcentral Loyalty Card as the genuine cardholder and is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged Snowcentral Loyalty Cards or for any misdirected, lost or not received benefits.
2.5. Snowcentral Loyalty Cards and Snowcentral Loyalty Vouchers remain the property of Snowcentral at all times.
2.6. It is your responsibility to keep your email and contact details up to date. If your email address becomes invalid, Snowcentral will automatically de-activate your Membership.
3.1. You may terminate your membership to the Snowcentral Loyalty Program at any time and without reason by doing any of the following:-
(a) selecting the unsubscribe option on emails sent to you by Snowcentral; or
(b) emailing [email protected]; or
(c) calling Customer Service on +61 7 3855 4000; or
(d) giving written notice to Snowcentral, Attn Snowcentral Loyalty Program, 6/11 Eileen St, Underwood, QLD 4054
3.2. Snowcentral reserves the right at any time without notice and in its absolute discretion to suspend, vary or terminate the Snowcentral Loyalty Program and associated terms and conditions.
3.3. Snowcentral accepts no liability for any loss or damage associated with suspensions, variations, or terminations as set out in this Clause 3 or arising from the Snowcentral Loyalty Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4.1. The Snowcentral Loyalty Program operates by accumulating value per dollar spent in store.
4.2. If you are an activated member of the Snowcentral Loyalty Program, you qualify for a Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher, valued at $50, after you have spent $1000 in store or online.
4.3. Loyalty Vouchers do not qualify towards the total retail dollar value you have spent.
4.4. The value of the Snowcentral Loyalty program to the customer is $50 per $1000 spent instore or online.
4.5. Snowcentral will issue you with your Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher when requested instore or online.
4.6. Snowcentral Loyalty Vouchers will only be issued to members who are deemed activated members at the time of issue.
4.7. If you purchase goods on lay-by, points will be attributed when layby is paid in full.
4.8. Snowcentral will not issue points on sale or discounted items.
4.9. If you benefit from a refund on a purchase you made, the refund will be deducted from the total retail dollar value of the purchases you made.
4.10. If you cannot provide proof of your membership to the Snowcentral Loyalty Program (by presenting your Snowcentral Loyalty Card or by quoting your loyalty number) at the time of making a purchase, Snowcentral is not obliged to credit the value of your purchase towards your accumulated spend value.
4.11. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Snowcentral Loyalty Program in general. All competitions and other offers within the Snowcentral Loyalty Program may be subject to a separate set of terms and conditions, which will apply to you if you decide to participate in the said competition or offer.
5. LOYALTY VOUCHER CONDITIONS
5.1. You may redeem your Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher:-
(a) in either Snowcentral store;
(b) online by contacting the store first
(c) against the current selling price of full price and sale product.
5.2. You may not redeem your Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher:
(a) in conjunction with any other offer or promotional voucher;
(b) on a prior purchase, existing lay-by or on the purchase of Gift Vouchers.
5.3. Your Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction during its Redemption Period and no cash or credit may be issued for the balance of your Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher if you have not redeemed it in full.
5.4. You may only redeem one Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher per transaction.
5.5. Your Snowcentral Loyalty Voucher is for your exclusive use only and is non-transferrable. Its value will not be replaced if it is stolen, lost or not received.
By signing-up to the Snowcentral Loyalty Program, you consent to:-
6.1. Snowcentral collecting personal information about you for the purpose of your participation to the Snowcentral Loyalty Program according to the law;
6.2. receiving communications from Snowcentral regarding Snowcentral latest products, offers and competitions;
6.3. receiving communications from Snowcentral about third party products, discounts and offers which Snowcentral believes may be of interest to you.
6.4. Snowcentral will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and privacy of all your personal information and data collected from and about you.
6.5. You consent to Snowcentral using and sharing your personal information with a service provider or agent retained by Snowcentral for the purposes of conducting market research, data warehousing, data analysis and advertising in the commercial interest of Snowcentral; and for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the Snowcentral Loyalty Program.
6.6. Snowcentral will not otherwise disclose or permit the use of any of your personal information unless required by law.
