How would I introduce Jackson...well, I'd have to say that he is one of the most patient boot fitters I have ever met. One of the most difficult situations for a boot fitter is trying to fit a boot to someone with diabetes.

- What do you love most about skiing?
"I love the fact that it can be both the most peaceful and exhilarating experience available to everyone from the age of 8 to 80. It can be social or solitary and you can ski a slop in countries from Australia, Japan, Canada and even Dubai. It is one of the most diverse activities that doesn't involve a screen, yet it's constantly evolving and I am very excited to see where it goes in the next 20 years."
