* Please note: when you have created an order, we will contact you regarding a new payment method. We prefer to have the payment of the order put into our account directly, rather than using your credit card - this is safer for both you, and us.

POSTAGE:
* We can post anything to you! It will incur a postage and handling fee of $10, and we'll send it via Australia Post.

* Postage may be more or less, depending on the weight and bulkiness of item/s, and location of delivery.

* Please note, a small surcharge fee will apply if you want your order posted by Express Post, Registered Post, or for delivery to rural areas.



STOCK AVAILABILITY:
* Unfortunately, during our peak times (April-September), it is difficult to maintain 100% accurate stock availability on our online store. Please feel free to contact us and enquire about an item’s colour/size availability, before placing an online order with us.

* Please note: if a particular item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative item, of similar quality and price.

* Although every effort is made to provide our customers with the most accurate product availability and description, please be aware that the inventory levels are always changing as customers shop in our store. The information provided is an indication only.



DELIVERY TIME:
* For delivery to major State/Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 5-10 working days, from date of clearance of payment (providing stock is available) for delivery.

* For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow more time.

* Please note: Certain products can be hard to obtain. If there's a delay to your order, you'll be informed of the ETA (estimated time of arrival) via email or phone.
