Mountain Review Sun Peaks, British Columbia, Canada voted the second most popular Snow resort in British Columbia, Sun Peaks at a current snow depth of 150cm certainly has my vote.

The mountain has something for everyone.

The wide sweeping 5mile for the beginners, long blue runs from the Sundance chair for the intermediates and plenty of blacks(and some double blacks) for the advanced, both groomed and bump runs. Weekends and the festive seasons are the busiest times, otherwise there is no waiting at the chairlifts weekdays.

The village is very pretty with just the right amount of restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, takeaways etc to keep everyone happy. Sun Peaks also hosts the very popular Winter Wine Festival in mid January.

There are plenty of other winter activities to keep everyone busy and there is plenty of accommodation right next to the lifts.

If you have a favourite resort, on any continent, let us know and we will post it on Snowcentral blogs.
